Linda Burns, a fifth generation Williamson County native and Southwestern University alumni, specializes in helping clients buy and sell real estate in her beloved hometown of Georgetown, Texas. Her unique and in-depth knowledge of Georgetown and Williamson County, coupled with a deep commitment to the ultimate client experience, results in client dreams becoming realities.

As an entrepreneur, Linda opened and owned Nicol Clothiers, a clothing store in San Antonio for six years. Her skills in marketing, design, and meeting client expectations are a natural fit in real estate. She is a tenacious advocate for her clients: identifying properties, crafting creative solutions, and fiercely negotiating contracts. Her clients are the most informed and best represented in the market and her return client numbers speak volumes.
Although she is devoted to her clients’ real estate needs, Linda can also be found restoring her own historic home. She also loves enjoying the outdoors, and spending time with her family.
